Our Story

Built for women,
by someone who listens

Why Novelle Journey exists — honestly, and without pretending to be something it isn’t.

Novelle Journey was founded from a simple belief: women often receive fragmented information during perimenopause and menopause. While there is no shortage of opinions, many women still struggle to understand what they are experiencing, identify patterns, and organize information in a way that actually helps.

As a lifelong builder of systems, reporting tools, and information platforms, our founder recognized an opportunity — to create a centralized resource where women could access educational content, practical tools, wellness resources, and eventually technology designed to support their journey.

A note on who we are. Novelle Journey is not a medical practice, and our founder is not a physician, women’s health expert, or hormone specialist. We are builders, organizers, and researchers who believe women deserve better tools to understand life’s major transitions.

What we are

A trusted, calm place to learn. We gather credible educational content, create practical tools, and point you toward qualified professionals. Our mission is to help women become more informed, organized, and empowered as they navigate this important stage of life.

What we are not

We do not diagnose, treat, or give medical advice. Nothing here replaces a conversation with your own healthcare provider. Instead, we help you walk into that conversation prepared — with your patterns documented and your questions ready.

Where we’re going

This is the beginning. As our audience grows and we learn from real feedback, Novelle Journey may evolve into a comprehensive women’s wellness platform — with symptom tracking, journaling, community, and supportive AI tools. The mission stays constant: helping women better understand and navigate life’s next chapter.

Novelle Journey provides educational information only. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider.
